FAQ
I. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
If you live out of the radius there will be an extra charge!
II. What are your office hours?
Monday~Friday: 9am~5pm
III. We want to include our pet into photos, is that okay and is there and extra charge?
Pets are family! there is no extra charge for them to be included! unless its solo pet picture as a separate session with other pets then yes.
IV. How long does it take to recieve pictures?
normally will take 1-3 days depending on how much editing I do to them or if its on a Friday and I'm not done editing, you will recieve them on Monday.
V. When are payments due?
Bigger events such as weddings, and local events, are due the day before or the day of. sessions are due before/after images are sent, clients choice.
